The office of the Hanseatic city is located in the heart of the cult scene district Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt (KTV), which stretches west of the medieval city centre. The district is also called Kiez, in reference to Berlin and Hamburg, and is strongly characterised by the large number of pubs, cafés, restaurants and small shops, as well as a cinema and the Rostock beer brewery - ideal for running small errands or getting something to eat during your lunch break. Since Rostock University is within walking distance, many students live in the neighbourhood.

The adessi have access to a well-equipped kitchen lounge in the Rostock office as a common meeting place, which is often used for joint breakfasts.

Because our office is so centrally located, there is a wide choice of food. There is a pizzeria, a bakery and a soup bistro right next door. Those who like Asian cuisine will find what they are looking for across the street. Various supermarkets and shopping centres in the immediate vicinity round off the offer.

The branch has several amenities. In addition to fresh fruit and sweet pastries, there is traditionally Bockwurst Tuesday and Kebab Day every week. If you're into that too, it's a fitting opportunity to get to know the other adessi better. But our office is not only characterised by the tasty treats, we are also sports enthusiasts and take part in the Rostock company run every year.

In Rostock gibt es einiges zu entdecken. Die Innenstadt erzählt mit ihren zahlreichen Kirchen und historischen Stätten eine weit zurückreichende Geschichte. Ein echtes Highlight ist Warnemünde. Hier kann man den Kreuzfahrtschiffen winken oder gemütlich am Strand liegen. Für einen Ausflug ins Grüne eignet sich der IGA-Park. Dort finden im Sommer auch zahlreiche Konzerte und Veranstaltungen statt. Einer der beliebtesten Events in Rostock ist sicherlich die Hanse Sail im Rostocker Stadthafen.
