BSlENERGY contracted adesso to set up a project management office (PMO) that would efficiently organise project and resource management processes for its various projects.
Project management using an in-house project management office
BSlENERGY is one of the leading energy suppliers in Germany and one of the largest primary suppliers of utilities in northern Germany. It is the primary supplier for Brunswick and the surrounding area, supplying electricity, gas, water and district heating to over 240,000 households.
Result
As part of the project, adesso supported BSlENERGY by running workshops, creating standardised project templates and modelling processes, while drawing on its own experience of further developing PITPM.
