E.ON Kundenservice GmbH is the shared services company for the E.ON Group’s sales and network companies. It provides centralised systems support and customer service for network and sales customers.
As part of the release programme, adesso is responsible for coordinating the go-live of the systems. This entails involving the various specialist departments and affiliated companies as well as managing external service suppliers. In addition, adesso provides support for SAP programming in the areas of market communications, equipment management and energy data management.
