The SWB Group is one of the largest businesses in the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg area in Germany. It employs around 2,300 people at its sites in Bonn and Adenau, and has consolidated annual turnover of around €500 million.
SWB Energie und Wasser wants to introduce an SAP CRM system that is connected to the existing SAP IS-U system in order to improve the way it approaches and retains customers. As part of the project, adesso supports SWB’s technical project managers in the complex task of coordinating the introduction and go-live of the system.
adesso was able to identify and manage several risks in advance by introducing established procedures and drawing on its experience in implementing comparable projects in the energy supply sector. This ensured that the aim of the project of introducing the best possible SAP CRM system was achieved.
