The drivers of fundamental change always come from outside the organisation itself. Companies that do not continuously collect, process and systematically evaluate relevant information from their environment run the risk of change always getting in the way of their success. Corporate success is therefore not a matter of chance, but a matter of making the right decisions. I will explain why this is the case in my blog post.
